What We Can Help With
Questions about an article. If something in a guide wasn’t clear, or you’re not sure how it applies to your situation, tell us which article and what tripped you up. Confusing sections get rewritten — your question makes the guide better for the next reader.
Corrections. Rates change, rules get updated, and we’re not immune to mistakes. If you spot an error, send the article link and what you believe is wrong. We verify against primary sources, fix what needs fixing, and note the correction on the page.
Topic suggestions. Struggling with a money problem we haven’t covered? Tell us. Reader questions shape a real share of what we publish.
Partnerships and advertising. Include “Partnership” in your subject line along with your company, the product, and what you have in mind. Please note: we don’t accept payment for reviews or recommendations, and we don’t publish sponsored posts that read as editorial. Our editorial standards and affiliate disclosure explain how that works.
Press and media. Include “Press” in your subject line. We’re happy to comment on personal finance topics, share our research, or provide data from our guides.
What We Can’t Do
We publish thoroughly researched educational content built on primary sources — the kind of guides that help you make your own decision with confidence. What we don’t do is personalized advice: we’re not licensed financial advisors, tax professionals, or attorneys, so for decisions that depend on your individual circumstances, consult a qualified professional.
We also can’t access, change, or intervene with your bank, lender, credit bureau, or any company we write about. If a guide points you to a company’s process, that process runs through them, not us.
Privacy
Anything you send us stays between us. We don’t sell, share, or publish reader emails, and we don’t add you to a mailing list because you wrote in. Details are in our privacy policy.
Before You Write
A lot of common questions are already answered in our guides — browsing Make Money, Save Money, Debt, Credit, Bank Accounts or Investing may get you an answer faster than we can reply. If it’s not there, write to us: [email protected]
